Workday HRIS Director
We’re partnered with a leading global retail organization seeking an HRIS Director to lead their Workday platform strategy following a successful deployment. This is a newly created role tasked with building out the HRIS function, owning the long-term Workday roadmap, and driving process optimization and user adoption across the business.

- $230,000 + 25% Bonus
- Remote with quarterly travel
Job Description:
- Build and lead the HRIS function, including team development and resource planning
- Own the long-term Workday strategy and ensure successful delivery of roadmap initiatives
- Partner with senior HR and business leaders to gather requirements and align technology with organizational goals
- Drive process improvement, automation, and data integrity across HR systems
- Lead change management and communication efforts related to system enhancements
Qualifications / Experience:
- 8+ years of Workday experience, with deep expertise across core HCM modules
- Proven leadership in building and scaling HRIS/Workday teams
- Strong strategic mindset with the ability to translate business needs into system solutions
- Experience delivering large-scale HRIS roadmaps and continuous improvement initiatives
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
