Workday People Experience Consultant
Our client, a Fortune 500 company, is building an enhanced employee experience via Workday. The company are in a very stable position and are continuing to add additional functionality as part of their 2025 Workday Roadmap. They are looking for someone that has previously implemented and optimized Workday Journeys, Workday Today, and Workday Help.
Details:
- 3-month Contract
- Remote (No travel)
- 25-30 hours per week
- Start date: ASAP
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and optimize Workday Journeys, Workday Today and Workday Help.
- Partner with EX/HR and communications teams.
Qualifications:
- Workday People Experience knowledge.
- Prior experience implementing or optimizing Workday People Experience.
- Human-centered design background is a plus.
This is the perfect project for a Consultant that has previously implemented or optimized Workday People Experience. The client has an excellent internal team, with ample resources, but they lack the required knowledge to implement this successfully. They want an individual that can ensure they maximize their implementation, and ensure the internal team have a good understanding of how to move forward.
