Payroll Processing Consultant
A leading retail client seeks a Payroll Processing Consultant to assist with BAU payroll during their Workday Payroll implementation.
The company have a stable Payroll team but are moving some core members from their team across to assist with the continued Workday Payroll implementation. As a result, they are seeking a consultant that can be embedded within the payroll team and takeover responsibilities.
Details:
- 12-month Contract
- Remote (No travel)
- 40 hours per week
- Start date: ASAP
Key Responsibilities:
- Process bi-weekly payroll runs for employees in US and Canada.
- Perform audits and reconciliations.
- Resolve and tackle day to day issues.
- Validate payroll files and reports.
- Process taxes, accruals and time off requests.
Qualifications:
- Strong payroll processing background.
- Workday Payroll and ADP experience preferred.
The client is ready to hire immediately, they are actively working to move members of their Payroll team to support the ongoing global Workday implementation project, and are ready to interview for this position.
