Workday HRIS Manager
We’re partnered with an exciting entertainment company that are seeking a Workday HRIS Manager to join them following recent acquisitions and company growth. They are looking for an experienced manager to come into the business and oversee a growing HRIS team of 3. This role will be responsible for leading projects, hands on configuration as well as leadership and strategy.
Details:
- Permanent position, 3 days per week in Dallas
- 40 hours per week
- Start date: ASAP
- Paying up to $165k + Annual Bonus
Job Description:
- Manage an existing team of 3, looking to grow to 5 by the end of this year
- Support alongside the internal TA team with the recruitment of new HRIS Analysts into the team
- Gather business requirements from key stakeholders and convert them to technical solutions
- Work closely with key stakeholders across the business and take the lead in developing and delivering key Workday projects
- Conduct knowledge transfer sessions with the in-house technical team
- This role will be 60% hands on / 40% leadership and strategy
Qualifications / Experience:
- 5+ years experience with Workday
- Experience leading and managing HRIS teams
- Experience with Payroll and or Compensation / Advanced Compensation would be nice to have
- Proven stakeholder management and communication skills
