Workday Data Conversion Consultant

An energy sector client is seeking a Workday Data Conversion Consultant for 4 months to support their migration to Workday from PeopleSoft. This is a long-term project and the company are seeking an experienced Workday Data Conversion Consultant who will play a key role in managing data mapping and conversion activities.

Details:

  • 4-month Contract
  • Remote
  • 30 hours per week
  • Start date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage data mapping, cleansing, and transformation.
  • Execute test loads and validations.
  • Collaborate with technical teams on Workday EIBs and Core Connectors.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of Workday Data Conversion experience.
  • Experience with legacy HR and Finance systems.


The client is at the start of their project, and are keen to find this individual quickly to take a lead on data conversion activities. The client are working with an implementation partner, but have limited internal Workday knowledge, and they need an expert resource to guide them and take responsibility to ensure the activities are delivered successfully.
