Workday HRIS Manager 

We’re partnered with a well-known manufacturing organization that are seeking a Workday HRIS Manager to join them following a recent deployment of Workday. They are looking for the manager to build a team and sustainment plan to implement their ambitious roadmap, as well as provide knowledge transfer and change management to the wider business. 

Details:

• Remote with quarterly travel
• $170,000 + Bonus 

• Start date: ASAP

Job Description:

• Take the lead in the development of a the HRIS Team and sustainment plan

• Gather business requirements from key stakeholders 

• Ensure successful delivery of the Workday roadmap

Qualifications / Experience:

• 6+ years hands on experience with Workday 

• Strong team management ability 

• Experience owning, building and delivering a Workday roadmap 

• Experience across multiple HCM modules is required
